Our Experience

With my military background of 27 years infantry and SAS, plus 30 years corporate experience around the World, I offer my clients a no nonsense, down to earth approach based on authenticity and integrity. I have harnessed all my experiences into the most powerful and practical leadership and organisational development framework you will find.

There is no problem I haven't faced before and nothing fazes me. Together with CEOs I have helped turn mediocre cultures into peaceful-warrior cultures with Focus, Process and Style at the forefront.

Tony doesn't just talk the talk. If anyone has graduated PhD from the University of Hard Knocks, it's him. In 2023 he walked New Zealand from top to bottom to raise money for charity. The mantra he adopted at Cape Reinga on day one, which helped get him to Bluff 81 days later is "Step by Step, K by K, Day by Day, everything is going to be AOK".
